Refund and Returns Policy for Travconnex – Travel Concierge Services for Cartagena, Colombia

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Clients may request cancellations of their travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation, subject to the specific terms and conditions of each service provider.
  • TravConnex will facilitate the cancellation process on behalf of the Client with the respective service providers and will inform the Client of any applicable cancellation fees and refund policies.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Travconnex by email at info@travconnex.com .

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for canceled bookings are subject to the refund policies of the individual service providers. TravConnex will process refunds promptly upon receiving the refunded amount from the service provider.
  • Travconnex reserves the right to charge a reasonable service fee for processing cancellations and refunds, as outlined in the original booking agreement.

3. Changes to Travel Itineraries

  • Clients may request changes to their travel itineraries, including alterations to flight schedules, accommodations, and tour dates. Any changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service providers.
  • Travconnex will make every effort to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability or pricing. Additional fees may apply for changes, and the Client will be notified of these fees in advance.

4. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to appear for a booked service (e.g., a tour or transportation) without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund, and additional charges may apply.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond TravConnex’s control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Travconnex will work with Clients and service providers to find suitable alternatives or facilitate refunds in accordance with the service providers’ policies.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms and conditions of each service provider, including cancellation and refund policies.
  • Clients should communicate any changes, cancellations, or issues promptly to TravConnex to facilitate the resolution process.

8. Amendments

  • Travconnex reserves the right to amend this refund and returns policy at any time, with notice to Clients.

By engaging the services of Travconnex for travel to Cartagena, Colombia, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and returns policy.
